We want you to be completely delighted with your St. Eval purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and unopened home fragrance products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our workshop.

• 3.
  Ship to St. Eval

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns department and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
